The latest customer satisfaction study conducted by EUPD Research reveals that 90.2 percent of surveyed E3/DC customers rate their storage system as “very good” or “good.” Customers highly appreciate the All-In-One concept, the “Made in Germany” label, and the high product quality. Thanks to consistently high satisfaction ratings, E3/DC has once again been awarded the prestigious customer satisfaction seal from EUPD Research, with an overall rating of “very good,” for the year 2025.

Customers choose E3/DC energy storage systems primarily because of their high product quality, which has been consistently confirmed over the years. The warranty and update capability are also important factors in their decision-making process. E3/DC’s All-In-One concept, which combines the battery storage, solar inverter, proprietary energy management, and backup power function in one system solution, is highly valued by customers.

Strong customer satisfaction drives high recommendation rate for E3/DC

The high level of product satisfaction among customers is evident in the high referral rate for E3/DC storage systems. Approximately 70 percent of surveyed customers express a strong likelihood of recommending their E3/DC system to others. New survey reveals the benefits of E3/DC’s 360° energy management

The recent survey evaluates for the first time the enhanced 360° energy management, which is available free of charge to all E3/DC customers. It enables not only self-sufficiency with solar power but also the utilization of dynamic electricity tariffs and optimizes the procurement of cost-effective electricity from the market through the AI 360° feature.
