HiPerWare: Innovative IoT platform supports digital facility management

0

Version 2.0 of HiPer IT’s HiPerWare is in the starting blocks. With the IoT platform, the Big Data company aims at improved sustainability, a “greener” operation of real estate as well as higher efficiency. The innovative proptech provider unveiled it at Expo Real 2021 in Munich, a leading international trade fair for real estate and investments.

HiPerWare: Makes digital transformation viable

HiPerWare marks a critical breakthrough in the practice and technology of digitized facility management (FM & CAFM). The platform leads the bulk of building owners and management companies to maximum efficiency through digital optimization processes. According to HiPer IT, digital transformation in the industry becomes economically viable thanks to HiPerWare®.

Arseny Tarasov, Global CEO of HiPer IT expresses, “HiPerWare is based on deep engineering and mathematical development, experience and expertise in IT, design, construction and operations.” He continues, “To increase operational and energy efficiency and reduce equipment downtime, we developed the HiPerWare platform, an end-to-end IIoT-based Big Data engine that collects, analyzes, and visualizes real-time telemetry from engineering processes in a building.”

HiPerWare platform creates digital twin

The platform is effectively a “live” digital twin created by integrating the collected Big Data with 360 photo panoramas, BIM models or 2D drawings. Anomalies are predicted and reported by HiPerWare®. The created comprehensive “digital trail” of the building operation history also increases liquidity and market value of the property.

Arseny Tarasov says: “The building sector has so far failed to meet its climate targets by 2020. It is high time to address consumption issues in buildings; that is exactly what our HiPerWare platform does. Our big data metering devices can be quickly installed in existing buildings and start collecting and analyzing data immediately, without much expense or intervention in processes.”

Solution based on microservice architecture

The out-of-the-box, scalable solution based on a microservice architecture delivers immediate results and is suitable for mass deployment. No special training is required for sites or employees, and no significant initial investment is required. On the one hand, the solution creates a long-term digital footprint of technical systems. It also reduces CO2 emissions, improves energy efficiency by up to 20 percent, and lowers operating costs by up to 30 percent. HiPerWare is equally suitable for analyzing and tracking a building’s energy efficiency for ESG reporting.
