Its innovative “Drive and Lift” module seamlessly integrates propulsion, steering, and braking into a single wheel mechanism. This allows the robot to dynamically adjust to varying inclines and heights, effortlessly navigating diverse terrains. With an integrated conveyor belt at the rear, the robot securely deposits the transported goods as it tilts, ensuring safe delivery in different environments. The “DAL-e Delivery” robot, a recipient of the prestigious Red Dot Design Award, is specifically designed for delivering groceries, beverages, and packages. With its Plug and Drive (PnD) module, this robot can efficiently navigate complex environments such as offices and shopping centers. Equipped with cameras and sensors, it can autonomously navigate and avoid obstacles. The robot’s thoughtful and functional design includes a top-mounted display that provides users with real-time updates on its status. Its central cargo compartment features automatically opening double doors and an electrically powered tray for secure transportation of goods.
